We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Festive Saturday Morning Extravaganza on Saturday 2nd December.

Here is the detail of my demonstrations, which I hope you will enjoy. We will certainly be treating you to some wonderful tasters throughout and hopefully lots of delicious ideas for Christmas.

Arrival and welcome: Mulled cider and teas/coffees.
Cheese and Rosemary Sablés
Mont Blanc Meringue Kisses

Demonstration 1:
Seafood Shells – An interpretation of Coquilles St. Jacques
Pork and Duck Terrine with Porcini, Green Peppercorns and Cured Ham. This will be served as a taster, served on toast, topped with onion and port relish
Marinated Cheese with Confit Leeks. Served as a taster.

Mini Break:

Demonstration 2:
Chicken en Croute, Parmesan Cream. Served as a taster.
Stuffed Squash
Winter Greens with Confit Shallot
Roasted Candied Carrots

Break and bar opens:

Demonstration 3:
Mont Blanc – A 3 Tier Showstopper
Caribbean Black Cake – This is our Christmas Cake and doubles up as a dessert. Served as a beautiful taster.
Poached mini-Pears in Festive Liqueur Served as a taster.

Raffle
Infamous raffle of Angela’s demonstration dishes. There will be lots of Christmas Showstopper raffle prizes to win, so please do bring your £1 coins to participate. The proceeds go towards several amazing Charities we support throughout the year.

You may buy drinks on the day, and we will be offering some other baked goodies and preserves for you to purchase, both on the day and as a pre-ordering service.
