Well this is it!  After 14 years of running hundreds of courses and events, and welcoming thousands of lovely people to us, we will be closing the door on what has been an amazing and unforgettable chapter. This event promises to be very special, and of course we want you with us!

We are so looking forward to welcoming you, and we have lots in store, firstly the menu:

Cinnamon Palmiers, Cheese Sablees with Winter Herbs, our treats on arrival
Mulled Cider

Demonstration
Vodka and Citrus Cured Salmon + Blinis for Canapés
Citrus and Fennel Salad (Taster)

Roasted Beet Tartlet with Parmesan Pastry, topped with Microherbs (Taster)

Layered Crown Prince Squash, Potato, Leek and Herb Pithivers
Herb and Wine Sauce (Taster in a pastry roll)

Spiced Fillet of Beef with Coffee and Chocolate Rub with 3 Sauces
Winter Salsa, Chipotle and Black Garlic; Cafe de Paris- (Taster in a mini Yorkshire Pud)

Christmas Pie- turkey, bacon, sausage, sage, stuffing balls, white wine sauce, pastry

Sticky Toffee Crown Cake, with Cranberries and a bourbon Toffee Sauce (Taster)

Festive Fruit Pie- (Taster, like a mince pie)

 

You can enjoy a rolling feast of tasters as Angela shares her inspiring recipes with lots of anecdotes. we will open the bar at noon, just ahead of finishing off the desserts and then of course our ‘Infamous Raffle’ of the Showstopper Demonstration dishes, plus lots of other raffle prizes to win, so please do bring your £1 coins to participate.

We will be showcasing our Festive Goodies for 2024 in Olivia’s Christmas Chalet and we will have our delicious mulled cider and nibbles for you to try as you browse and shop.
