Festive wishes to you all 🥂

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Get Ahead for Christmas on Saturday 5th November.

This is always the first special Saturday of our Festive events, and here is the planned excitement of the day:

On arrival: Refreshments/mulled wine, served with Madeleines with Candied Orange and Spice

Demonstration 1 – Make and freeze your own delicious savoury treats

• Spiced Chicken and Chorizo Rolls
• Prawn and Sesame Toasts

Demonstration 2 – Treat your friends and family to something a little different

• Ballotine of Duck – stuffed baked apples and how to make a great stock and freeze ahead
• Fillet of Fish en Croute
• Festive Curry

Demonstration 3 – A Christmas Classic with a twist, and a crowd-pleasing pudding

• Christmas Pudding
• Ginger Pudding with Chocolate and Orange Sauce

Infamous Raffle of the Showstopper Demonstration dishes

There will also be lots of Christmas Showstopper raffle prizes to win, so please do bring your £1 coins to participate. The proceeds go towards several amazing Charities we support throughout the year.

You may buy drinks on the day, and we will be offering some other limited baked goodies and other preserves for you to purchase. However, these will be on a first come, first-serve basis, so may I suggest that you pre-order some of your favourites, so that you are not disappointed on the day? We will send out details of pre-ordering Festive Goodies prior to the event.
