GET READY FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR

Keeping to Chinese tradition, we will prepare a range of symbolic recipes to ensure good luck for the coming year. Throughout the day, you will use a wide range of ingredients, knife skills and preparation techniques, so all in all a great culinary work out!
Here is your menu:
- Prawn, Sesame and Ginger Toasts- Shredded Pickled Salad
- Celebrate- Whole Chinese Duck cooked on the BBQ with a Double Sticky Glaze
- Winter Greens with Egg Noodles with Toasted Peanuts, Garlic and Sesame
- Char Sui Pork, cooked on the BBQ with Special Fried Rice, this will be served as lunch
Please bring the following to take your food home-
- A large sheet of foil for your duck
- 1x 1L container for the Greens and noodles
- 1 x 500ml container for the prawn and sesame toasts
