- Hot Smoked Mackerel- Pickled Cucumber and Samphire Salad
- Garlic and Summer Herb Bread
- Low ‘n’ Slow cooked Porchetta
- Chocca Mocha Pudding
- Paella with Seafood for Lunch
- You will also make a rub and a glaze to take home.
Please bring the following to take your food home-
- 1 x large sheet of foil for fish
- 1 x large sheet of foil for bread
- 1 x large sheet of foil or a container for 1Kg piece of pork
- We will supply the container for your dessert
