Whoopa! It’s my Big Fat Greek Feast!!
We are very lucky to have a resident Greek chef amongst our staff, Effie Markoutsis, who will be on hand to advise you all on traditional Greek food, ingredients and flavour during this class. We will be using our barbecues and ovens to cook a selection of Greek favourites which you will take home with you at the end of the class.
- Souvlaki (marinated kebabs), flatbreads and tatziki;
- Succulent stuffed peppers and aubergine;
- Spanikopita (delicious spinach and feta pie)
- Greek yoghurt cake with citrus syrup and almonds
