Discover the wonderful world of spice with Angela as she unveils her fabulous new menu. She will take you on a sensory adventure where you will learn how to roast and blend spices and then turn them into this classic feast of authentic Indian dishes. You will also expand your knife skills, classic preparation and cooking techniques throughout the day as you work through the menu as follows.
Your Menu:
- We will make fresh Garam Masala
- Murgh do Pyaza – chicken cooked with onions, tomato and garam masala
- Hariyali Gosht – Welsh lamb cooked with ginger, chillies and coriander
- Lucknowi Achari Gobi – Cauliflower cooked with pickling spices, turmeric, chilli and mango powder
- Punjabi Kadhi Pakora – crisp dumplings in a yoghurt curry sauce with Rice and Angela’s Coriander Chutney – this will be your lunch
