MASTERCLASS: BREAD

This is such a fun day and very physical! We love making bread at the school and we do it very creatively using our hands, so no machines! Bread marks the beginning of so many feasts and it is such a grounding food to make, extremely gratifying. In this class you will make some simple, but delicious breads to take home.

Here is what you might make in a typical class-

White Farmhouse.
Parmesan and herb rolls.
Granary Loaf.
Oatmeal Soda Bread.
Focaccia.
Kringle.
