Bring some greaseproof paper and a nice basket to wrap up and transport everything home. You will make the following-
* Irish soda bread
* Focaccia and herb breadsticks
* White Farmhouse loaf and seeded rolls
* Rye with carrot, caraway and black strap molasses
* Flat bread with spiced lamb, lebneh and pickled chillies – lunch served with seasonal leaf and herb salad
* Cinnamon buns
