After lunch you will then learn how to make pasta by hand. This is so creative and relaxing and you will love turning the pasta into simple classic dishes.
Here is what you might make in a typical class-
Malted Farmhouse.
Focaccia.
Soda Bread.
Tagliatelle – Asparagus and peas.
Tortelinni – Spinach, ricotta and Parmesan.
