MASTERCLASS: BREAD & PASTA

This is such a fun day and very physical! We love making bread and pasta at the school and we do it very creatively using our hands, so no machines! Bread marks the beginning of so many feasts and it is such a grounding food to make, extremely gratifying. In this class you will make some simple, but delicious breads to take home.

After lunch you will then learn how to make pasta by hand. This is so creative and relaxing and you will love turning the pasta into simple classic dishes.

Here is what you might make in a typical class-

Malted Farmhouse.

Focaccia.

Soda Bread.

Tagliatelle – Asparagus and peas.

Tortelinni – Spinach, ricotta and Parmesan.
