This course is part of our Master Class series which gives a comprehensive insight into the skills necessary to achieve success in the kitchen.  You will be guided by expert tuition and detailed instruction which includes knife skills, de-scaling, filleting and gutting.  Students will gain a sound skill base in each of the Master Class topics.
