MASTERCLASS: VEGETARIAN

Flavour, texture and colour are essential in good vegetarian cuisine. In this course you will explore these 3 major elements and master combining them to create a range of delicious vibrant seasonal dishes. We will cover a range of knife skills and cooking methods whilst exploring a plethora of ingredients such as grains, herbs, spices, essences and of course vegetables, nuts and fruits.

Dishes may include-

Vegetable baklava.

Sweet potato and tomato Kibbeh.

Spiced vegetable pilaf.

Courgette fritters with Tzatziki.

Arancini filled with pesto.
