- Whole Harissa “Beer Can” Chicken hot smoked and cooked on our BBQs
- Angela will demonstrate your lunch- a stunning vegetable Tajine with Preserved Lemon, Ras el Hanout and Fresh Herbs to finish, served with fragrant Cous Cous.
- Snake Cake – A fabulous traditional dessert featuring dates, spice, nuts, orange, rose and honey, all wrapped up in a coiled fillo pastry, with a delicious syrup.
Please bring the following containers to take your food home:
- 1 x 1L containers
- We will wrap your chicken
- A plate or tin for your cake
