Join us for a very special Pop-Up Restaurant courtesy of Angela as she shares her passion for seafood. Her career has taken her to many exciting places where she fond inspiration to develop her own style of cooking. Expect a mix of Mediterranean, Middle-Eastern and Asian influences that will all come together in an exciting feast. The evening includes a short demonstration where Angela will prepare some inspiring pre-tasters to the main event menu. Drinks will be available to purchase on the evening.

Angela’s Teasers

• Sewin Ceviche and pickled samphire crostini

• Prawn, crab and sesame toasts with chilli sauce

• Thai style juice shot with fish ball

Main Menu

• Crisp skinned fish with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and aioli

• Spiced fish kibbeh filled with toasted pine nuts, candied lemon and herbs and lebeneh, aromatic herb salad

• Seafood laksa, glass noodle salad with tuna sashimi and toasted peanuts, fish malbar in banana leaf

• Coconut ice-cream and passion fruit sorbet to finish
