Reserve your place for the last Saturday Morning Kitchen of 2023!  Join us for a fun and an inspiring demonstration event with Angela as she cooks up a seasonal feast before your very eyes.  Refreshments are available on arrival and delicious tasters are served during the session and a selection of our kitchen must-haves are available to buy upon departure.  All of Angela’s demonstration dishes are entered into her infamous raffle!

Here is our special demonstration menu for this event-

  • Focaccia al Rosmarino (Taster)
  • Homemade Ricotta with fresh herbs,  with Roasted Vegetable Antipasti and fresh Genovese Pesto (Taster)
  • Hand made Gnocchi with Roasted Field Mushroom, Porcini and Truffle Velouté, and Crisp Shredded Leek (Taster)
  • Le Cinq Corsican style Pork with Tomatoes (Angela recreates a memorable dish enjoyed at this iconic Parisian hotel)
  • Aperol Spritz Jelly with Citrus and Vanilla Cream, Amaretti Cake with Candied Lemon (Taster)

A selection of alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase.
