Hi Everyone,

Welcome to our very special event.  I think we all reach milestones along the way as we work our way through life and 2020 marks a very special year for me, with much to celebrate.  It will be 10 years since I opened the doors to the Cookery School at Llanerch Vineyard and the success we have enjoyed is priceless and I thank you.  It is also 20 years since a BBC Wales series “Hot Stuff” launched itself at prime time into people’s living rooms and as the presenter, it changed my life.  From there came more television series and appearances, with a range of radio series including “My Life on a Plate”.  It was such a pleasure and honour to be involved in all of that.

I have been in the food business for 37 years now and have been fortunate to travel, experience different cultures, work with and for amazing people.  My greatest joy is to be able to share those experiences with all of you, through everything that we do at the Cookery School.

So, we will be hosting a very special Saturday Morning Kitchen to thank you all for supporting us.  I will be taking you on a whistle stop tour of my life in the kitchen, the fun, the drama and the pain!  All mixed up with great seasonal demonstrations, tasters and lots of delicious raffle prizes to win.

Due to our customer requests, we are now offering a range of seasonal homemade goodies to buy at this event.  We will send out an email with the full details and prices to all attendees in advance, so that you may pre-order.  It couldn’t be easier, choose what you like, send us an email before the stated deadline and we will have your order ready and packed for you on the day, ready to take home and enjoy.  Payment can be made on the day.  In addition, on a first come, first serve basis, other wonderful homemade produce will also be for sale on the day.
