- Vietnamese Pho with Butternut Squash and Blackened Leeks. We will serve mushroom and water-chestnut dumplings with this for lunch
- Green Thai Vegetable Curry with Coconut Rice
- Torta di Risotto – layers of delicious risotto flavoured with porcini; layers of spinach and garlic field mushrooms, baked in a Parmesan Crumb.
Please bring 1 x 2L container for your curry; 1 x 1L for the rice; we will supply you with a foil for the risotto bake.
