Join us for a cosy evening of baking.

During this class you will learn the basics of making a good pastry and bake a delicious Sticky Leek and Welsh Rarebit Tart.

Then to take care of that sweet tooth we will make a classic yummy Ginger and Orange Cake.

Your tutor will also demonstrate how to make a batch of spicy sausage rolls which you can enjoy in class.

 

Please bring a plate for your tart home and a tin for your loaf cake.  See you in class!
