SKILL BUILDER: BAKE & FREEZE FOR EASTER

6pm–9pm
First make a yummy carrot cake enriched with muscavado and topped with swirls of Crocus coloured frosting and dusted with a little sparkle.
Then make a batch of traditional Hot Cross Buns.
Angela will demonstrate every step and you will get to sample her bakes in class with a good cuppa!
Please bring a cake box to transport your creation home in, plus a basket or cloth bag for your Hot Cross Buns.
