* Spiced mixed grain Pilaf with courgette ribbons, green beans, feta, mint and sumac
* Spiced chicken, pistachio and preserved lemon patties with tatziki
Angela will also show you how to put a fabulous salad together with a yummy dressing which you can enjoy in class.
Please bring suitable containers to take your food home in.
