SKILL BUILDER MASTERCLASS: FISH & MEAT

Refreshments are provided at the welcome as Angela runs through the order of the day and then it’s aprons on and into the kitchen for a culinary work out! You will take home all the dishes you make and you will also get the opportunity to taste everything demonstrated by Angela.
Those who attend and complete all 5 Skill Builder Masterclasses will receive a certificate of completion.
Skills- Learn how to de-scale, fillet, skin and pin-bone fish. Make a classic stock. Prepare a Joint of meat, stuff and truss. Angela will also show you how to make a great gravy/sauce using meat juices and stock.
