Learn the basics in making and cooking great pasta. First you will make a fresh pasta dough, then turn it into delicious ravioli.

From the trimmings, make orrichiette (little ears) perfect for soups and casseroles.

Then to finish make a classic spaghetti bolognaise, mastering a delicious authentic meat ragu sauce and cooking dried pasta to perfection.
