- Panzerotti – filled pasta with roasted squash, pecorino, sage and toasted pinenuts
- Fresh Pasta Bake with Beef Ragu, Bechamel and Mozzarella.
Your tutor Angela will demonstrate how to make the perfect Ragu, bechamel sauce, pasta filling and savoury butter.
There will be tasters in class, so you won’t get too hungry!
Please bring a large plate or container to take home your panzerotti.
We will provide a foil container for your yummy pasta bake.
