SKILL BUILDER: PASTA

Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn how to make and cook perfect pasta.  Angela will take you through the steps in making a great smooth dough.  Once you have that nailed, the possibilities are endless!  In this class you will turn your dough into two lovely Summer dishes.

Tagliatelle with summer peas, beans and pancetta
Tortellini filled with spinach, ricotta and Parmesan

Angela will demonstrate pasta types and one extra dish. There will be tasters in class, so you won’t get too hungry!  Please bring two containers for your dishes so you can transport them home with you.
