In this class you will learn some of the basic skills used in Thai cooking. Together with your tutor Angela you will explore classic ingredient combinations and create some delicious food to take home. Your tutor will demonstrate how to make a Thai Green Curry then you will get the chance to prepare and make this dish in pairs and share the spoils to take home. Next, your tutor will demonstrate how to make the perfect Pad Thai which you will taste in class. Finally, you will make some authentic Thai Fishcakes and stunning dipping sauce to take home and enjoy.
Please make sure you bring:-
- A 400ml container for your curry
- A container for 6 fishcakes
- A small pot for your dipping sauce
