Warm up with us as we make 2 classic winter pies.

First, create a delicious crisp pastry for your Steak and Ale Pie, then a Sweet Pastry for a festive style Apple Pie with Amaretti, Almonds, Apricots and Brandy.

Your Tutor will demonstrate all the skills you will need to bake everything to perfection.  You can enjoy a taste of the demonstrated bakes in class.

Please bring 2 large containers to take your pies home in.  We will supply the foils.  See you in class!
