Angela has designed a range of courses so that you can cook al fresco all year round. This BBQ course brings some classic Spring time favourites to form a great feast to share with friends and family.
First up is all the preparation, so onto knife skills, brining, marinating, making delicious rubs, stuffing’s and things to go with the mains. Then it’s time to work on your BBQ skills as you smoke, slow cook, bake and grill your way to BBQ perfection. You will be ready to roll out your BBQ at home and entertain throughout the months ahead.

Focaccia with Rosemary and Garlic
Brined and Smoked Roast Chicken with Roman Glaze (saffron, honey and wine)
Vanilla and Lemon Cake with Roast Lemon Mascarpone Topping
Lunch-Hot Smoked Fish Sandwich with Wild Garlic Pesto and Potato Gratin and Griddled Wye Valley Asparagus – all recipes taken from Angela’s Spring Recipes Book.
We will wrap up everything for you to take home.
