SPRING PARISIAN KITCHEN

Well we will be creating some of that feeling in our kitchen, so why not join us as we recreate a little Parisian Bistro.
We will be preparing and cooking a menu of classic, seasonal dishes that come together to form the perfect supper for friends or
The day will include a wide range of skills and cooking techniques, so you will feel like a pro as you work through the recipes. Refreshments and lunch are included, and you take home everything you make and will receive the recipes and notes via email following the class.
Here is your lovely menu:
- Stuffed Chicken Breasts, using wild garlic pesto, then wrapped in Bayonne ham and poached; finished with a spring herb, creme fraiche and wine sauce, and crouton.
- Seasonal Vegetable Parcels
- Classic Paris Brest with Praline Cream- Choux pastry rings filled with praline cream and dusted with icing sugar
- Lunch will be a classic 2-cheese soufflé with a tomato velouté and green salad
- Please bring the following to take your food home:
· 2 x 1L containers
· 1 x 10” plate/box/tin for your dessert
