This really is the perfect course for seafood lovers. You will prepare a range of seasonal fish and shellfish together with Angela and then create some delicious summer inspired dishes to take home, plus a fabulous lunch.

Ceviche with Summer Vegetable Salad
Hot Smoked Mackerel with Candied Carrot and Coriander Relish
Layered Potted Seafood with Pickled Cucumber- Soda Bread
For lunch, a Seafood Paella cooked al fresco on the BBQ
Please bring suitable containers to take your food home in-
- 1 x 500ml Tupperware style container
- 1 x medium size dinner plate
- 1 x 500ml clip jar (KIlner style)
- We will wrap your bread for you
