This course explores some real Greek classics that are real crowd pleasers; perfect for relaxed summer entertaining. We will use a range of knife skills, cover brining, basic barbecuing and make flat breads.  There will be delicious food to take home and enjoy during class.

Menu-

• Souvlaki (marinated chicken kebabs)
• Flatbreads and Tzatziki – we will serve this for lunch with the souvlaki, there will be extras to take homes
• Keftedes- Geek Meatballs in a rich tomato sauce
• Spanikopita (delicious spinach and feta pie)
• Kadaifi dessert with Pistachio and Rosewater

Please bring 2 x 2L containers and a plate for your dessert.
