This is one of our most popular courses exploring the flavours of Thailand. Angela will be sharing some of her favourite recipes that come together to make an exciting summer feast to share with friends. Throughout the day you will use a range of knife skills and techniques to make authentic pastes, dressings and spice blends to create your dishes. So, get ready for big flavours and lots of fun as you get stuck into this menu:-
- Thai Corn Fritters with Dipping Sauce
- Thai Fishcakes with Dipping Sauce
- Larb Gai (Pork)- Lunch with Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad)
- Green Thai Chicken Curry with Rice
- Mango Sticky Rice
Please bring the following containers for your food:-
- 2 x 500ml containers for your fritters and fishcakes
- 1 x 1L container for your curry
- 1 x 500ml container for your rice
- 1 x 300ml container for your dessert
