- Thai Fish Cakes and Dipping Sauce
- Thai Spring Rolls and Dipping Sauce
- Gaeng Daeng- Red Curry
- Kai Yang- Marinated and then barbecued Chicken
- Som Tum- Green Papaya Salad- Lunch
Please bring the following to transport your feast home-
- 2 x rectangle containers for the fishcakes + spring rolls
- 2 small pots for the dipping sauces
- 1L container for your red curry
- 1 small rectangle container for a joint of Kai Yang Chicken
- 1 small container for a little Som Tum- papaya salad
