THAI KITCHEN

Explore the wonderful fragrant flavours of Thailand and create a delicious feast to take home and share with friends. You will learn a good range of knife skills as you prepare your ingredients and then under Angela’s guidance you will cook the following dishes.

We will prepare and cook lunch together as a group; Pad Thai and Green Papaya Salad

  • Thai Fishcakes with Chilli Dipping sauce
  • Thai Spring Rolls
  • Penang Curry with Pork
  • Thai Fried Rice with Prawns and Peas

Please bring suitable containers to take home all your dishes.  See you in class!
