Here is your menu:-
- Focaccia with Porcini, Truffle Oil and Parmesan
- Make your own pasta for Lasagne al Forno filled with Roast Butternut Squash, Crisp Sage, Taleggio and Parmesan, with a rich Béchamel Sauce
- Minestrone with left over pasta – this will be served for lunch with Angela’s demonstration focaccia and you will take your bread home
- Tuscan Almond and Citrus Cake

NOTE We will wrap your bread and provide a container for your lasagne and dessert. Please bring a bag to take it all home in.
