- Whole stuffed Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Parma Ham with Masala Wine Sauce
- Frito Misto with Salsa Verde for lunch
- Tuscan Citrus Cake with Lemon Mascarpone
Please bring the following containers with you:-
- A 500ml container for your pasta
- A 300ml container for your sauce
- A large dinner plate or cake tin for your cake
- A small pot for the mascarpone cream
