- Mezze style starter of 3 delicious salads with crisp breads – Caponata (roasted aubergine), Shredded fennel and grape with orange and Sweet roasted peppers layered with soft cheese and herbs.
- Slow cooked stuffed shoulder of Welsh Lamb served with freekeh grain, candied lemon, spices, herbs and spinach and finished with a molasses glaze
- Almond tart topped with caramelised oranges
