Entertaining at home is a great way to relax and enjoy an evening with friends.  The food should be simple, but delicious and east to prepare.  Angela will show you how to maximise time spent with friends with the minimum of fuss with this do-ahead menu.

  • Mezze style starter of 3 delicious salads with crisp breads – Caponata (roasted aubergine), Shredded fennel and grape with orange and Sweet roasted peppers layered with soft cheese and herbs.
  • Slow cooked stuffed shoulder of Welsh Lamb served with freekeh grain, candied lemon, spices, herbs and spinach and finished with a molasses glaze
  • Almond tart topped with caramelised oranges
