My fragrant salad goes well with this dish, I also like a helping of rice noodles dressed with a little of the dipping sauce and fresh chopped coriander, bean sprouts and chopped roasted peanuts to finish.

We served this with the Scallopini of Chicken with Wild Garlic but it would also be delicious with fish.
